HOW WE PREPARE OUR WORKERS
We do not send random workers.
We prepare and test them before they reach your farm.
STEP 1: CHECK & SCREEN
- Identity and documents verification
- Health and physical condition check
- Background and behavior review
Only serious and capable candidates move forward.
STEP 2: ONE-MONTH REAL WORK TRAINING
Duration: 1 full month
Schedule: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Early morning starts
- Long working hours
- Physically demanding farm tasks
We intentionally make the training more demanding than real farm conditions.
This ensures that when workers arrive at your farm, they are already used to pressure, long hours, and physical work.
STEP 3: PERFORMANCE TEST
- Work speed and consistency
- Strength and endurance
- Ability to follow instructions
- Daily performance tracking
Only workers who maintain strong performance continue.
STEP 4: STRICT SELECTION
- Workers who quit are removed
- Weak or inconsistent workers are removed
- Lack of discipline leads to removal
We keep only reliable and committed workers.
STEP 5: FINAL SELECTION
- Physically ready
- Mentally prepared
- Used to demanding work conditions
- Ready to perform from day one
