ONE-MONTH FIELD TRAINING CAMP
This is not a short course. This is a full immersion.
Our training is conducted as a one-month intensive field camp where all selected candidates live and work together under real conditions — day and night.
This environment allows us to observe not just how someone works for a few hours, but who they truly are over time.

Participants remain in the work environment continuously, adapting to real daily routines.

We evaluate behavior, discipline, and consistency beyond working hours.

STRICT SELECTION PROCESS
